Happy July! This recipe is perfect for your Fourth of July party! If you don't have a trifle dish, any bowl would work just fine. The layers are really pretty, but even if they don't look perfect, this dessert will still win over anyone. It is patriotic in color and the berries are just so wonderful this time of year.

Ingredients:
1 loaf of pound cake, cut in 1 inch cubes
5 oz instant French Vanilla Pudding mix
1 ½ c milk
1-8 oz package of cream cheese
1-14 oz can Sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ c heavy whipping cream
2 lbs strawberries sliced
1/3 c sugar
1- 12 oz package blueberries
Raspberries (optional)
Start by combining strawberries and sugar in a bowl and set aside. Cut the pound cake into 1-inch cubes and set to the side while you make the filling. In a large bowl, stir together pudding mix with the milk. In a separate bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer with the paddle attachment, whip cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy. Add the heavy cream and beat until soft peaks (about 5 minutes). Carefully fold in the pudding not to deflate your cream. In your serving dish, layer cake, custard, and fresh fruit. Repeat. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
